Jubal D Hamernik, Ph.D., P.E.
Dr. Hamernik is President/CEO of Hamernik & Associates, Inc and has been nationally qualified as an expert in many areas of engineering and accident reconstruction. Dr. Hamernik has worked with NASA and was an adjunct professor with the University of Colorado at Boulder through 2004. Dr. Hamernik is a licensed professional engineer in Colorado, Utah, and Nevada.
Peter M. Himpsel, B.S., P.E.
Mr. Himpsel graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has worked at the University of Wisconsin – Madison as a research assistant as well as Ball Aerospace. Mr. Himpsel is also a Project Advisor with the University of Colorado at Boulder in off-road vehicle design. Mr. Himpsel is a licensed professional engineer with expertise including motor vehicle accident reconstruction, human factors, and has testified as an expert in accident reconstruction since 2010.
Brad R. Shults, B.S., P.E.
Mr. Shults graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with an option in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Mr. Shults is a licensed professional engineer and has been practicing accident reconstruction since 2008 with expertise in simulating accidents, assessing the severity of an accident, as well as providing helpful explanations and context concerning human factors relating to a variety of accidents.
